Indoor Air Quality Control and Monitoring

What is IAQ and why does it matter?

Air hygiene is imperative to prevent Sick Building Syndrome (SBS), caused through congested ventilation systems. The compacted dust and dirt can result in lethargy and ailments such as irritation to the eyes, throat and nose and in severe circumstances nausea and dizziness.

All building owners must comply with COSHH- Air Quality Regulations, the regulations require employers to limit exposure to hazardous elements in order to thwart poor health. Hazardous elements like human microbes and dust are airborne substances that require monitoring to keep high concentration, thus risk- at bay.
